5 Free Girl Scout Meeting Planner Printables
I’ve been a Girl Scout leader for a few years now. I started when my little girl was a Daisy. Now she’s a Brownie and my multi-level troop spans Daisy, Brownie & Juniors. It was hard enough to plan out meetings when I had one level, but with three, planning becomes critical.
I’ve always written out my meeting plan. I noticed that my plan, no matter how many levels of girls I had in the troop, always took the same form: Arrival activity, circle, 2 activities, clean up and badges, circle, dismissal. I always recorded the date and theme of the meeting on the top of the paper and scribbled down the supplies I’d need on the bottom. Then, I’d record the girl’s attendance in whatever blank space was left over. I always used the space to the left of each listing to write the estimated time (like arrival activity runs from 4:45-5-:00) and the space to the right was for a detailed description of the activity (like arrival activity: Little Sally Walker)
Some of my most popular boards on Pinterest are the ones full of Girl Scout leader resources. It finally occurred to me: we’re all looking for some kind of organization to make this easier. So today, I’m sharing my method with you, but just telling you the method is boring, so I made it a printable with 5 different color schemes.
Simply click on each color you want and the appropriate Google doc will open up for you to print or download (or both). Some of these are a little color heavy. My recommendation: laminate them, so you can use them over and over with a dry erase marker.
I hope you enjoy these and find them as helpful as I have.
